Refund policy

If the item you want to return is in new, unused/unworn condition—including tags and original packaging—and it's been less than 30 days since your purchase date, you can return the item for a full refund. 

Return postage must be paid by the customer. 

Simply contact us with your order ID and we will walk you through the process.

We reserve the right to refuse any returns that abuse our unused/unworn policy.

EXCHANGES

You know what you're returning, and you already know what you want to get instead?

Our returns are simple! Send us a message via the contact us page stating your order number, what you wish to return and what you would like to replace it with. We will email you back with a returns form and reserve the item you are requesting for an exchange. Once your item arrives back in store we will send you the replacement.

For near-instant satisfaction, don't wait for your return to process. Just immediately order the item you actually want. That way, your size/colour won't go out of stock and you'll have it in just a few days—then follow the applicable return instructions above. You'll be charged for the new order, and we'll process your refund as soon as we receive your return shipment.
