If the item you want to return is in new, unused/unworn condition—including tags and original packaging—and it's been less than 60 days since your purchase date, we will provide an exchange or a refund.
Return postage must be paid by the customer. We recommend purchasing tracking when you post the item.

Our returns are simple! Send us a message via the contact us page stating your order number, what you wish to return and what you would like to replace it with. We will email you back with a returns instructions. Once your item arrives back in store we will send you the replacement if we have it in stock or we will advise if it can be ordered in. If a replacement is not available we will organise a refund.

That way, your size/colour won't go out of stock and you'll have it in just a few days—then follow the applicable return instructions above. You'll be charged for the new order, and we'll process your refund as soon as we receive your return shipment.
