Returns/Refunds Policy

If the item you want to return is in new, unused/unworn condition—including tags and original packaging—and it's been less than 60 days since your purchase date, we will provide an exchange or a refund.

Return postage must be paid by the customer. We recommend purchasing tracking when you post the item.

Simply contact us with your order ID and we will walk you through the process.

We reserve the right to refuse any returns that abuse our unused/unworn policy.

 

EXCHANGES

You know what you're returning, and you already know what you want to get instead?

Our returns are simple! Send us a message via the contact us page stating your order number, what you wish to return and what you would like to replace it with. We will email you back with a returns instructions. Once your item arrives back in store we will send you the replacement if we have it in stock or we will advise if it can be ordered in. If a replacement is not available we will organise a refund.

For near-instant satisfaction, don't wait for your return to process. Just immediately order the item you actually want. That way, your size/colour won't go out of stock and you'll have it in just a few days—then follow the applicable return instructions above. You'll be charged for the new order, and we'll process your refund as soon as we receive your return shipment.

REFUNDS

Send us a message via the contact us page stating your order number, what you wish to return and that you would like a refund. We will email you back with a return instructions. Once your item arrives back in store we will process a refund for the cost of the item. Any postage costs associated with the order will not be refunded.

WRONG ORDERS

Did we screw up and send you the wrong size/colour/style/anything? We'll make sure you don't pay for it, in any way.

If this is the case, Contact us and we'll walk you through the return process and send you a returns form with free shipping so you don't have to worry about any costs on your end.
