The Summit Gear Jindabyne Cockatoo has been developed in conjunction with National Parks Fire Management Officers to satisfy the needs of remote area fire crews. It is a large capacity daypack (45 litres) that carries beautifully thanks to the full internal frame harness. This is a step away from most daypacks that have relatively simple harnesses, and the extra support that the harness provides has demonstrated advantages in regard to user performance and reduced downtime. A range of extra features including massive hydration bladder capacity, radio modules and high visibility reflective make the Jindabyne Cockatoo the only choice for remote area fire crews.

The Winch 2 has been designed in conjunction with remote area fire crews as a winching bag suitable for chainsaw kits. The "continuous" winching handle is full strength (not sewn into a seam) and therefore will never fail, regardless of the load in the bag. Given the heavy loads carried in this bag, we have intentionally excluded centre handles to stop one person carrying the bag and potentially injuring themselves. The Winch 2 must be carried by two people. This bag features no redundancies, and will continue to be a solid workhorse for years to come.

Need a duffel that will help to keep things dry? Made in the Blue Mountains just outside of Sydney - the Summit Gear Mega Raft Bag is made with CT1000 PVC so is really tough & water repellent.

Main fabric is a water impervious woven 1100D PVC coated Polyester that is UV stabilised. 

The zipper is protected using a PVC guard flap.
